Wet Fines Screening at 100-150 microns level and dewatering is a highly challenging field and still evolving. At QIPL, we have developed proprietary techniques and in-house designed machines using a unique combination of processes and screening media to overcome the problems of Screen clogging, Fines removal and oversize contamination to ensure consistent output. Multidecked Linear Motion Vibrating Screens designed by JOEST (Germany) with in-built re-pulping system, River action of Slurry Transportation, PU and Rubber lined parts to protect from highly abrasive Silica, a system of hydrocyclones , Screw Classifiers and Rotary Stacker for Wet Storage of Different products, A water recycling system spread over 4 acres are some of the features of our state of the art Sand Processing Plant.

 

   Fluidized Bed Drying

Our 10 TPH Wesman make Fluidized Bed Sand Dryer Plant is PLC controlled and fed by Vibrating Hopper /Bucket Elevator and Rotary table feeder combo ensuring consistent moisture dependent feed and even Drying of sand. Heat resistant Rotary Conveyor stores the Dried sand in three 50 Ton each Overhead Silos. Supply Trucks simply move under the silos and are loaded from Bag Packing Decks.
